Mac is originally from Philadelphia and was raised as a military brat. He grew up singing in gospel choirs and gets his inspiration from Al Green, Barry White, the Isley Brothers, and Sam Cooke. Along with the blues, Mac has a keen interest in world history, poetry and song writing.

Steve Qualiana was born and raised in Buffalo, N.Y., where he learned the blues. His influences are Freddie King, Albert King, Buddy Guy and Peter Green, to name a few. "The blues can set you free." Many people don't understand that, but it's true.

Lead and Rhythm Guitar

Steve King was born in 1973 in Houston. He has played guitar for 13 years and blues for seven years. Albert King, Muddy Waters, Stevie Ray Vaughn are his biggest influences. He loves music, sports and politics. "The blues is not about your mood. It's about your soul and your energy," he says.

Jim Lynch
Bass

Weaned on '60s top 40 (Sam and Dave, Wilson Pickett, Hendrix, British Invasion, et al.), Jim Lynch includes Washington bluesman Dr. Hot Pepper as a major influence. Favorite blues performers include Howlin' Wolf, Elmore James, Earl Hooker, and just about everybody else.

Art Singer
Drums

For over 25 years, Art has played drums in the Virginia region. He trained under Perry Hoyzington (Rock n' Rebels) and has performed with such bands as The Last Cavemen, The Hound Dogs, and Urban Mule. Known for his rock-solid beat, Art began his career with rock 'n' roll, then grew into blues, jazz, and Motown.
